That’s why we promise that all work will be carried out by fully qualified people, all customers will be treated with complete respect, their details treated confidentially and the right systems in place to ensure customers are kept informed at all times before, during and after the installation process.

To help us do this:
  • All managerial staff are kept informed of all current industry developments
  • All work is booked in daily from Head Office, with fitters checking in each morning to guarantee appointments are kept
  • Hillserve inspectors monitor at least 80% of work internally
  • We provide a freephone number for advice and enquiries on 0800 622 415
  • We regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys by telephone or post
