We regard the health and safety of our staff and customers to be of the utmost importance. As well as having a dedicated Safety, Health Environment (SHE) Manager, every one of our fitters is put through an induction and training programme designed to promote high standards of workmanship.
Most staff then take further training such as First Aid, with some specialising in certain areas such as Scaffolding Erection, Fork Lift Truck Driving and System Design Certification.
We also encourage all staff to gain other work related qualifications, enhancing the skill set of our workforce and helping to maintain standards. Furthermore, all safety procedures are renewed and amended regularly to prevent accidents or injury.
