Specialist home insulation company Hillserve celebrates its 25th Birthday

On the 11th of April Hillserve celebrated its 25th anniversary. For a quarter of a century the Bredbury based business has provided specialist home insulation services to customers throughout north Wales and the north west of England. In addition to serving homeowners directly, Hillserve is the chosen insulation contractor of many local authorities, housing associations and prestigious house builders. Hillserve employs 159 people and last year installed insulation to almost 40,000 properties.
Julie Hadfield, who succeeded her father and company founder Harry Hearsum as Managing Director in 2000, believes that Hillserve’s philosophy of combining large business professionalism with small business customer care has been the key to its success, “Our growth over the last 25 years has been steady and organic. This has allowed us to retain the focus on innovative solutions and customer satisfaction that were the foundation of the company in 1985”.
Looking back over 25 years, Julie is proud of Hillserve’s achievements, “Despite often turbulent economic times we have been able to look after our staff, grow the business and improve the quality of life of our customers. With the ever increasing need to conserve energy, the next 25 years are a challenge we relish and look forward to with confidence”.
