City West Housing Association looks after 14,700 homes in the North West and has ambitious plans to spend over £900 million on its neighbourhoods over 30 years. In the next five years alone it will spend £235 million on home improvements.
At Hillserve we have already been involved in updating the insulation of many City West properties using the best modern insulation materials from the worlds leading suppliers. We are always keen to know what our customers think of our service, our installation teams and of course the difference good insulation makes to their homes.
After every job we ask our City West customers to complete a brief questionnaire about their experience with Hillserve, to let us know how we are doing. Each month one lucky respondent is drawn at random and receives a £25 voucher, for a store of their choice. Recently Mrs Hiles of Swinton won and will be spending her vouchers at Homebase very soon.
